HOW IT WORKS
We don’t charge for delivery. We offer FREE courier delivery throughout the UK, Monday to Saturday, with no hidden charges or surprises — just superbly designed, colour-coordinated bouquets delivered to the door.
Orders for Next Day delivery (from our Next Day collection) must be received before 4pm Monday to Friday and by 1pm on Sunday for a Monday delivery.
All orders are delivered via DPD, an eco-friendly courier service with sustainable practices and policies. All you need to do is pick your delivery date. DPD deliveries are 95% guaranteed to arrive on your selected day.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER
We offer trackable FREE DELIVERY with every bouquet – Monday to Saturday.
Due to the fresh nature of our products and the lengthy periods may spend in transit can cause our product quality to deteriorate. As a result, we CAN NOT DELIVER to some areas in the Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands, and we have a TWO-DAY delivery in the following postcodes within the UK:
The following areas will require a TWO-DAY DELIVERY:
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Herm) – JE1-5, GY1-8
- Northern Ireland – BT1-9, BT10-94
- Isle of Man – IM1, IM2, IM3, IM4, IM5, IM6, IM7, IM8, IM9
- Scottish Highlands – AB31, AB33 – AB38, AB41- AB56, FK17-21, IV1-9, IV10-63, KW1-14, PA20-40, PA50-59, PA75, PA79, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50
- Scottish Islands – IV1, KA27-28
- Scilly Islands – TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
- Channel Islands (Guernsey, Alderney, Sark) – GY10 & GY9

HOSPITALS
We recommend that you check with the hospital before sending flowers, as some hospitals or wards do not accept fresh flower deliveries. For this reason, we cannot offer compensation if the hospital refuses delivery. If the hospital accepts flower deliveries, our courier driver will typically deliver to reception.
HOTELS
We recommend checking with the hotel before sending your bouquet. Larger hotels may not accept customer deliveries, given the time it would take to source the recipient. The courier driver will deliver to reception. After which it’s the responsibility of the person accepting the delivery to ensure it is given to the recipient in the correct room.
OFFICES
Our couriers can deliver to business addresses. Please bear in mind the opening times of the office. While most deliveries are made before 5pm, your flowers could be sent back to the depot, if the office/business establishment is closed on arrival.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our hand-tied bouquets are created and sent via our courier delivery service, DPD. Our courier delivery service is free for all our bouquets and is available Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm. DPD have an SMS service which will give updates and advise a 2-hour window for delivery on the chosen day.
Our Letterbox Bouquet is designed to fit through a standard letterbox. The box dimensions are 620mm x 183mm x 38mm. If the recipient’s letterbox is smaller than this, or there’s an obstruction inside or outside, the courier may leave the box partially hanging out of the letterbox or in a safe place.
Occasionally we may try to deliver an order, and you or the intended recipient may be away from the delivery address. If this situation occurs, we will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place at the address. Please note this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. If your delivery is left in a designated safe place, PetalBud can not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise after that. If no safe place is available, a card will be left with a contact number for the recipient to call. And if the delivery may need to be rescheduled due to severe adverse weather conditions, our Customer Services Team will contact you.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES
Orders for Next Day delivery (from our Next Day collection) must be received before 4pm Monday to Friday and by 1pm on Sunday for a Monday delivery.
Advanced orders will be delivered on your selected day. We deliver 6 DAYS a week, Monday to Saturday unless otherwise stated.
